Our private boutique studio is located in the ActivSpace Creative Building on SE Main, between SE 8th Ave. and SE 9th Ave.

The parking lot is permit parking only, and is ONLY available for public parking on Saturdays and Sundays. However, there is ample free street parking available around the building! If you park on Main between 9th and 10th Ave, you will be able to view your vehicle from the studio. Be mindful of any valuables in your car, this is a safe and busy area, but it is still an urban environment.

We are a small private studio space that only accommodates 1 artist and 1 client (and up to 1 additional guest over the age of 18) at a time, and book back-to-back, so we ask that if you arrive early to please WAIT to contact your artist until your scheduled appointment time. This means if your appointment is at 10:00am and you arrive at 9:55am, please wait until 10:00am.

If you are running late please notify your artist. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled, which may incur a fee.

When your scheduled appointment time arrives, you may either dial “4-1-1” on the elevator box and press “call” and we will buzz you up, or you may text or call your artist to meet you at the elevator to walk you in. Whichever you prefer!

The elevator is located in the paved lane that cuts through the center of the building.

We are located on the 4th level in Suite #411, heading left from the elevator.

ActivSpace - SE Main is located in Portland’s Central Eastside in the Inner Southeast, between the Buckman and Hosford-Abernathy neighborhoods, a short walk from Hawthorne Boulevard. In the immediate area, you’ll find shopping, services, restaurants, and food trucks. Coffee roasters, brew pubs and distillery row are all within a block or two of Exuvium Studios. The Hawthorne Asylum Food Carts, Helium Comedy Club, and Birdie Time Pub Mini Golf are just a few of our closeby attractions.

Portland’s streetcar is just blocks away, as well as stops for the 2, 6, and 14 bus lines.
There is ample free parking available at the curb.
